Prédiction de répartition spatiale des chiroptères sur le PNR Périgord-Limousin : modélisation à plusieurs échelles

Abstract : The integration of bats in the Périgord-Limousin natural regional park management being necessary, decision-support tools are now essential for managers. Predictive maps originated from Species Distribution Models (SDM) are appropriate decision-support tools. These models cross presence data with land cover variableS at a very fine scale. The manual acquisition, through photo-interprétation, of land cover data, is very time-consuming and costly. I therefore compared the predictive maps from 11 species, issued from my manual map and from the CESBIO automatic map, generated with algorithms. Thus, the use of the CESBIO map has been validated on its entry variables, as well as on the models output. Three species with contrasted ecological niches have been modelled at different scales (raster from 250 x 250 m and 3000 x 3000 m).
