Impact de la cinétique de décroissance de la charge virale du virus de l'hépatite C sous antiviraux d'action directe : étude chez les transplantés hépatiques au CHU de Rennes

Abstract : The Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) affects approximately 170 million people worldwide. In France, there are about 220 000 people with chronic hepatitis C. Loss of liver function usually leads to liver transplantation in the most extreme cases. These hepatitis are currently treated with direct acting antivirals, the AAD, specifically targeting the virus multiplication mechanisms. I was led in my thesis to follow the cohort ANRS CO-­‐‑23 CUPILT conducted in Rennes University Hospital to study the kinetics of decrease in HCV viral load in a direct acting antivirals therapy in liver transplant recurrence of HCV infection. This in order to identify predictors of decrease in viral load and slower to estimate an impact. My study has shown that two parameters are associated with a slow decrease in viral load. This is a high viral load at baseline and genotype 1a. Furthermore, this study failed to show an impact on the kinetic decrease viral load on treatment efficacy.
