Participer au projet d'une épicerie sociale et solidaire : vers une consommation plus responsable ?

Abstract : Civil society initiatives for food of quality acces for all have been proliferating since the 2000’s in front of the rising crises in the agribusiness alimentary system that is now questioned. Social groceries are gradually standing out against this system and are presenting an innovative organisational structure of the social and solidarity economy. Their hybrid project – between food aid and alternative distributions – aims to include people with socioeconomics issues in sustainable problematics. Our work questions the different forms of commitment for sustainable purchaising, especially the ones that are expressed in the social grocery considered.
