L’apprentissage du langage oral à la maternelle

Abstract : The oral language makes it possible each one "to say, to express an opinion or a need, to question, exchange with the others" and it is to support the training of it that since the law of 2002 reinforced by that of 2015, the linguistic activities are placed in the middle of the activities of the nursery school. Many psychologists like John Watson, Jean Piaget or Vygotski are at the origin of as many theories as regards language. Pierre Péroz (2010) as for him is more particularly interested in the inequalities of the pupils vis-a-vis the training of the oral language and set up a device specific bound for teaching staff. This document thus evokes, through the analysis of transcriptions of workshops of language, "the way in which the installation of a pedagogy of listening according to Pierre Péroz supports the comprehension of the texts written without another assistance that the language heard for all the cycles of the first degree and how it allows the improvement of the restitution of this training by the oral language". It also highlights the utility of these workshops for a maintenance and an enrichment of the quality of the oral examination and writing. Carried out as of the nursery school, these workshops make it possible to the pupils to more easily reach the language of evocation but also "to learn how to become pupil" by complying with rules of life of class and while being initiated with the respect of the other.
