Abstract : Introduction: teenagers are more and more connected to the Internet. They use it to obtain, to share informations in all domains as the sexuality, still a taboo subject. The National Strategy of Sexual Health promulgated in 2017 advises researches to understand better this practise: the cybersexuality. Objectives: to determine prevalence and factors of vulnerability of the active cybersexuality among teenagers from 15-17 years old in Western Normandy. Method: it is an observational transverse multicenter study integrated into educational sexual sessions. An anonymous questionnaire was provided at the beginning of the session. Results: over a period of 4 months, 1208 teenagers were included in the study. 66% of them practise cybersexuality. Sexting is majority: 21% send sexto, 60% receive them and 12% of the boys spread them. Other practices (dédipix, meetings sites, skin party) are marginal but 12% already met in real, a person met on the Internet. A bad one self-respect, the absence of parental control, the fact of having suffered violence, the consumption of toxins double the risk of cybersexuality. The intensive viewing of pornography (every day) and to have more than 500 friends on Facebook quintuple it. Conclusion: this study shows that the cybersexuality is practised by 2/3 of the teenagers. It involves risks that can be prevented by approaching this theme through educational sexual sessions.
