Évolution du testing musculaire périnéal et de la symptomatologie de l'incontinence urinaire d'effort chez la femme de plus de 45 ans traitée par rééducation périnéale par la méthode CMP

Abstract : Title: perineum muscular testing evolution and effort urinary incontinence symptomatology in women aged more than 45 years treated with CMP method perineum physiotherapy. Objective : Determinate the proportion of patients who realized the CMP method perineal physiotherapy wich had an improvement of perineal muscle testing, testing normalization, improved quality of life, and describe the results of this psysiotherapy predictive factors. Method : this multicentric longitudinal retrospective descriptive study is about 279 patients who realized the CMP method perineal physiotherapy between january 2010 and december 2015. Results: the CMP method perineal physiotherapy leaded to an improvement of the muscular testing in 70% of cases. It was normalized in 6% of cases. Testing before and after physiotherapy were significantly different. A disappearence of the symptoms has been reported in 86% of cases. The presence of a prolapsus, excess weight and obesity, incontinence while carrying heavy charges are negative predictive factors for the efficiency of the "Méthode CMP" perineal physiotherapy. Conclusion: the CMP perineal physiotherapy and education of patient has an interest in the treatment of effort incontinence exception made of the immediate post-partum.
