L'utilisation des méthodes actives dans l'enseignement de l'information-documentation

Abstract : This dissertation focuses on the use of active educational methods to teach Information-documentation, in order to contribute to didactics of this discipline. Those methods have their foundations in both the educational experimentations of Éducation nouvelle, and in the theories of social constructivism. Our study of those foundations allows us to define different criteria of active method definitions. The analysis of a corpus of lesson plans and of the answers to a survey sent to French teaching librarians has allowed us to identify the criteria of active method definitions that are most used in current Information-documentation-teaching. Furthermore, this work has shown that Teaching Librarians are not familiar with the scientifc foundations of active methods.
