Abstract : Division in volume allows viewing and superposition of several volumes. With this method, cohabitation between public domain and private properties is possible. Now, BIM is constantly evolving. Land surveyor is interested in this new concept based on the 3D modelling. Tendancy is the interoperability between BIM software and between BIM and SIG. Revit is appropriated for the realization of virtual model and the data management. However, adaptation is necessary to understand this software. This virtual model is transferred on an other software to enable the viewing and questioning of the volumes in a building
