Techniques de greffes pré-implantaires dans le cadre des fentes labio-alvéolo-palatines chez l'adulte

Abstract : With a frequency of 1/750 births worldwide and 1/800 in France, facial clefts are among the most common congenital malformations. Among them, labio-alveolar clefts with palatine involvement lead to changes in the anterior maxillary area that appear in the form of abnormalities most often affecting the central incisor and / or the lateral incisor. The maxillary bone adjacent to the slit is deficient in density and volume, which complicates the realization of implant-borne prosthetic rehabilitations in adulthood. Today, there is a multitude of implant-based bone regeneration techniques, however, none of them is accepted in the context of closure of the labio-alveolo-palatal clefts in adults.
