Les émotions au service d’un climat scolaire positif

Abstract : Through this thesis, a question was raised about the relationship between the school climate and violence. That’s why, elements of definition come to enlighten these concepts in order to be able to put them in link. Thus, research has shown that the establishment of a positive school climate leads to a decrease in violent behavior. In addition, consequences for student learning and well being were also noted. As a result, it seems necessary to act on the school climate. For this, different factors have been identified on which actions can be put in place. As a result, three hypotheses to create a positive school climate were retained. Concrete actions related to these hypotheses have been put in place and analyzed in order to perceive the importance and the need to act on the school climate.
