Le Référentiel Foncier Unifié au coeur du processus de dématérialisation de la procédure de bornage

Abstract : Today, digital is everywhere around us. In order to limit the impact on the environment and preserve our planet for future generations, we are trying to limit our use of natural resources. This means reducing the use of paper in favour of dematerialization. It is in this context that a charter of commitment to sustainable development and development was signed in 2008 between the Land‐surveyor Order and the Ministry in charge of Ecology, which led to the realization of an Agenda 21 of the profession, the first of its kind in France. One of the long‐term objectives was to dematerialize the land act, which is now on the verge of being achieved through the establishment of an electronic signature platform, directly accessible from the Géofoncier portal. The latter, which was launched in 2010 and available to the general public since 2011, makes it possible to identify land transactions entering the public service mission for which the Order of Geometers‐Experts is delegated. This portal is also the support of the Unified Land Repository, a national land data base that allows the graphical representation of division and/or boundary operations to be viewed. This brief therefore seeks to propose new solutions to put the RFU at the heart of a process whose entire land tenure process would be dematerialized, and not just the land act.
