This documentation is based on the question of loneliness, and more specifically on the feelings of loneliness. Loneliness is not a pathology in itself but could be a consequence of it. Through several observations of patients, I was able to see that they can suffer, avoid or take refuge in loneliness. I addressed how loneliness can be expressed through various clinical experiences and its psychocorporal repercussions. From this, several questions were raised: How is loneliness experienced by patients? What is loneliness and is it always a negative factor? How is the ability to be alone developed? And, what is the value of psychomotor treatment for these patients? I relied my findings on psychometrical clinic experience during internships, with patients of all ages and various pathologies, and theoretical contributions in addition to that.
