Mise en place d’un programme d’activités physiques adaptées chez des patients fibromyalgiques

Abstract : The objective of this study is to participate in the improvement and evaluation of an exercise re-training program for fibromyalgia patients, taking into account the literature and the feasibility context of the host structure. (Spormed in Rennes). Methods. The study includes five participants following a six-week moderate-intensity exercise program consisting of 2 sessions per week of an hour and a quarter. One session includes 25min of aerobic exercises, 20min of muscle building and 25min of stretching. The initial level of physical activity is assessed with the Ricci and Gagnon questionnaire, symptoms are assessed with QIF and EVA, quality of life with SF-36 and HADS, and functional abilities with TM6. A descriptive analysis of the results is used to summarize the data. Résultats et discussion. Although there is no trend towards overall improvement in pain, there is a trend towards improving the impact of fibromyalgia syndrome, health-related quality of life, anxiety and depression disorders and functional abilities of walking. These results are consistent with several studies in the literature. The training program is to be put in place for the interests of all. Furthermore, additional studies taking into account the limitations of the present study and providing a better understanding of fibromyalgia, as well as a consensus on how to achieve physical activity, are needed.
