Étude du rôle du gène PROSCOOP12 dans le développement racinaire chez Arabidopsis thaliana

Abstract : Secreted peptides play a major role in plant development and stress response. Nevertheless, the biological functions of many of them remain unknown. A bioinformatic approach (Gully and Pelletier et al., 2019) identified a family of 14 genes in A. thaliana encoding precursors of Serine riCh endOgenOus Peptides (PROSCOOP) and transcriptomic analyses revealed that the PROSCOOP12 gene is involved in the responses related to biotic stresses but also in the plant development process.
