Impact du scellement dentinaire immédiat pré-traitement endodontique sur le collage : proposition d'un protocole d'étude

Abstract : Immediate dentin sealing is increasingly used in modern dentistry. If it offers significant biological and mechanical advantages, it also has disadvantages, especially when it must be perfomed after endodontic treatment. During an endodontic treatment, the access cavity is the part that is most in contact with the irrigating solutions. Sodium hypochlorite is the gold standard irrigant in root canal treatment, however it has an impact on surrounding structures, such as collagen. After a review of tooth histology, the main irrigating solutions used during an endodontic treatment and the immediate dentin sealing concept, this work proposes a study protocol to demonstrate the impact of those solutions on bonding.
