Les huiles essentielles en pratique à l'officine et fiches-conseils

Abstract : Aromatherapy has been experiencing a renewed interest in recent years. Essential oils, the support of this method, are powerful concentrates with many properties, and their use for the management of minor disorders or as complementary treatments is increasingly popular and appreciated. However, essential oils expose us to risks that are important to take into account. The use of the latter must therefore not be random. This is where the pharmacist has his or her role to play by being able to advise patients in the best way possible according to their individual characteristics, because he or she knows the benefits as well as the risks of essential oils. In this thesis you will also find advice sheets for different cases of common counters (colds, coughs, angina, diarrhea, constipation...) which are intended for the pharmacist team. You will find proposals for essential oils to be recommended according to different criteria, as well as indications on the people who can be treated by aromatherapy for each pathology, the main precautions for use, as well as contraindications. The purpose of these sheets is to summarize the main characteristics to promote and secure the advice of essential oils at the counter.
