Réhabilitation globale minimalement invasive dans un contexte d’érosion par adaptation de la Three step technique

Abstract : Dental wear, and more particularly erosion, is considered by many authors as thriving. The etiologies are multiple, but the increase in the consumption of acidic beverages (sodas, energy drinks ...) is one of the most common. The consequences on dental tissues are multiple: loss of healthy tissue, especially enamel, sensitivities, aesthetic deficit, and functional. The treatment of this case, part of a minimally invasive approach, followed the concept of therapeutic gradient. We have modified Vailati's three step technique to reduce tissue damage, and financial, and provide our patient with simplified support. Through this case, we will be able to discuss the evolution of approaches for the global rehabilitations of dental wear, and in particular the adaptation of Vailati's Three step technique.
