Comment accompagner le changement organisationnel lié à la mise en place d'un indicateur de performance industrielle commun à plusieurs sites de fabrication ?

Abstract : The foundations for change management were laid with the first major IT transformation projects. As organizations have envolved, the need to support change, particularly as a means of improving the likelihood of success, has emerged. Many researchers were interested in understanding both resistance and success factors and deduced from them theoretical models. The proposed approaches depends on the diversity of the cases studied and the sensitivity of the authors. They can therefore be very different. All of them, however, have their own interest, the most recent and/or the most advanced, make of it a kind of synthesis. By reviewing the reality of a project of implementation of an operational performance indicator in the light of one of the models explored, and then the key success factors identified as common to most approaches, it is possible to highlight the shortcomings in the lead of this project and the areas for improvement to enable it to succeed.
