Exposition antigénique dans la petite enfance: intérêt à l'officine

Abstract : Immune diseases such as allergies or autoimmune diseases are caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. They are a public health issue due to the increase of their prevalence in recent decades. Exposure to antigens from the outside environment after birth and during infancy could be a major cause of various immune pathologies later in life. This thesis attempts to identify the possible causes of development of these pathologies by studying the exposure to environmental antigens that contribute to shaping the immune system of a human.
