Les savoirs et les savoir-faire des acteurs locaux à valoriser pour alimenter la mise en œuvre des ateliers de paysage : le cas du PNR Médoc

Abstract : The Medoc PNR (33) freshly created in May 2019, resulting from a mutation of the Médoc country, had to build "action sheets" by fields of competences, of which the landscape is part. To benefit from an accompaniment on this field of competence then nonexistent of the actions of the old Médoc Country, it answers a MAI (Call for Demonstration of Interest) of the department of Gironde on the agricultural landscapes of which it is laureate in 2017 This AMI project aims to experiment with a landscape approach. In order for the NRP to benefit from several experiments, the project is divided into three areas of work: ecopastoralism, spaces and places of sale and landscaping. The AMI team proposes to make landscape an active intermediate tool, one of the working postulates is that proximity to local actors could favor this role of the landscape. So how can the Medoc NRP better capture the exchanges with local stakeholders to implement the landscape approaches it provides. Given that the landscape is a complex "metadiscipline" (Donalieu et al., 2009) in which each context is unique, the results of this work show that there can not be a single approach to deliver to the NRP, which can all the landscape contexts. If there is no landscape approach defined with the local actors, there could be a method to apprehend the landscape with the local actors: the unpredictable organization of the exchanges with the local actors and with their landscape.
