Simulation technico-économique de la mise en place de filières animales permettant le développement et la valorisation de productions régionales d'oléagineux et de protéagineux

Abstract : Britany, as the first French province of breeding, is dependent on the importations of protein-rich materials to feed animals. The development of regional resources of oilseed and protein crops can rely on the increasing consumer demand for local and non-GMO products. Nowadays, only colza is an important protein resource in Britany, the production of others species is limited for different reasons: lack of profitability and technical difficulties for the crops, lack of competitiveness and performance in animal nutrition. Animal sectors of limited size that use protein resources of France and more specifically of Britany can be simulated. To build these sectors, we need to certify the French origin of raw materials to manufactures feed and to develop the surfaces of cultivation in Britany to ensure the supply...
