Synthèse d’un antagoniste fluorescent spécifique du récepteur A de l’endothéline

Abstract : Endothelin is a peptide product by endothelial cells which interacts with two G protein coupled receptors, ETA et ETB. It’s involved in a numerous of pathophysiological processes, especially into the vascular system. Its role in vascular tone regulation has made it a prime target for the development of new therapeutic strategies for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, particularly for pulmonary arterial hypertension. Numerous of therapeutics molecules have been developed and some of them are already on the market. Our goal here was to synthetize a fluorescent endothelin A receptor antagonist to study the vascular localisation of this receptor with biological assays.
