Étude numérique de la performance de la ventilation intelligente : développement d’un modèle de ventilation hygroréglable en maison basse consommation

Abstract : Energy performance and indoor air quality (IAQ) must converge to meet the challenges of global building performance. In this context, the smart ventilation has a high potential due to its variable airflows. Improved modelling and performance evaluation is essential to understanding these ventilation systems. This study provides answers on two issues: - How variable airflows allow to achieve IAQ performance? - What is the right level of detail to use, on air leakage distributions in performance assessment of these systems? The comparison of an existing model using self-regulating ventilation system with a new of a humidity-controlled model was carried out for 4 cases of air permeability. Performance analysis was conducted using IAQ indicators based CO2, formaldehyde and humidity. The results showed overall performance gains for humidity controlled ventilation up to 60%. However, no general trend was highlighted and the use of detailed air leakage assumptions is essential for modelling intelligent ventilation systems.
