L'apatridie ou le droit d'avoir des droits dans la région MENA : le Maroc un modèle régional ?

Abstract : For many of us, citizenship only matters at sporting events (World Cup, Olympic Games, Roland Garros ...), when we travel or during national or regional elections. We do not think about our everyday citizenship. For others, citizenship is a challenge every day and often an obstacle. This citizenship is accessible only through nationality. The MENA region is the region with the highest number of stateless people in the world due to the nationality laws in force. Despite this, Morocco remains a country ahead of the region.
