Éthos et argumentation des députés lors de la discussion du projet de loi sur le mariage pour tous à l’Assemblée Nationale française

Abstract : Through the study of a certain number of speeches delivered by deputies of the majority as of the opposition as well as by the Keeper of the Seals during the parliamentary debates around marriage for all which took place on April 17 and 18, 2013 , this dissertation endeavors to study the framework and the actors of the situation of enunciation as well as the rhetorical and argumentative elements used by each and the other within the hemicycle. Our study will aim to show that the ethos is built in a specific interaction (a communicative framework constrained by the spatio-temporal context and the intended goal) determining the acts of language produced, while the subject of the debate orients the different types of arguments put forward by both.
