Développement d’un outil numérique d’aide à la réalisation de pose de dispositif intra-utérin en médecine générale

Abstract : The placement of an intrauterine device is an intervention technique available to general practitionners, midwives and gynecologists. The intrauterine device is a contraception, simple, very effective and accessible to à majority of womens regardless of their parity whose training of placement leads to an increase in its use. the objective of this work is to create a digital didactic tool to aid in a placement of an intrauterine device. A narrative review of the litterature was carried out on various keys elements : asepsie and the risk of infection, the placement technique, the necessary equipment, side effects and associated treatments. the indication, contraindications and follow up were subject to analysis of practices and official recommendations. finally, the vidéo quality criteria have been updated using previous similar theses. Our results show that the risk of infection is apprehended by an algorythm without the pose being delayed, there are two differents placement techniques, the intrauterine studied and chosen are 380mm copper and Levonorgestrel 52 mg placed with pre-included equipement kit with the intrauterine device. Side effects are rare, Naproxene 550mg or Tramadol 50 mg can be proposed as an analgesic treatment. These results made it possible to create a complete, practical and short didactic video broadcast on a public platform. This work contributes to encouraging health professionnals to carry out the intrauterine placement in the office.
