Amélioration de la qualité des porcelets à la naissance

Abstract : The gestating and lactating sow as other mammals develops an insulin resistance which means a decrease of insulin efficiency. This happens to improve the income of glucose for the fetuses during gestation and for the mammary glands during lactation. But, sometimes sows are too much insulin resistant and develop a gestational diabetes. In this case, piglets born with a lower vitality and with hypoglycemia few hours after birth. It causes a greater mortality at birth...
