For the teenager, emancipate from his parents do not means a direct detachment ; but it is about being aware of the different operation done by him/her to start a detachment to shape himself/herself. Education is also a stakeholder in the process of emancipation for the teenager reunionnais from the moment he/her would like to continue his/her study in France. This is in a socioconstructivist approach, that we lead this research trying through a combine methodology to associate three studies using the quantitatives tools (questionnaire), and other qualitatives methods (interviews and stories), to answer the question of : do we need to leave to cut loose ? Sample studied is composed with teenager who are registered in final year of high school in the academy of Reunion island.
