L’épilepsie comme frein à la construction de soi de l’enfant polyhandicapé : approche en psychomotricité

Abstract : Epilepsy is present in 40% of people with multiple disabilities. This neurological disorder has important clinical repercussions, which can lead to loss of consciousness, motor manifestations and unpleasant or painful physical experiences. From this point on, I asked myself about the repercussions that epilepsy could have on the self-construction of the multi-handicapped child and how psychomotricity could intervene.
