Du chiendent sur les terrains de sports

Abstract : The Mediterranean climate on the French Riviera proves to be very complicated for the management of sports fields. The commonly used grasses such as ryegrass, bluegrass or fescue do not resist well to the Mediterranean climate requirements in the summer period. Moreover, the Mediterranean climate is particularly impacted by global warming, thus accentuating the problems of sports ground lawn management.
