La facilitation en créativité en contexte d'enseignement hybride

Abstract : This thesis is part of Investissements d'Avenir through the Initiatives d'Excellence en Formations Innovantes (IDEFI), which supports the Promising program, whose main mission is to develop and cultivate approaches to creativity, design, and innovation in the human and social sciences, in order to enrich teaching practices in higher education at the University Grenoble Alpes. It is in this context that we have chosen to focus our reflection on the engineering of facilitation in creativity. Our reflection thus focuses on the added value that the position of creativity facilitator can represent, at opportune teaching moments, in a hybrid training context. Through this academic writting, we highlight the fact that facilitation is akin to the art of creating a framework of conducive and favourable social interactions within a distance teaching situation. This idea is part of the continuum of the Vygotskian approach, according to which social interactions are a fundamental parameter for the cognitive development of any individual.
