Agilité et Achats. Évolution d'un service achat orienté client vers un service achat agile : le cas de Roche Diabetes Care France

Abstract : Having seen that companies and various project managers increasingly apply agility and its methods, we were interested in how the purchasing department could in turn become more agile and refocus its activity on value creation through agile methods. Purchasing processes, and more specifically the request for proposal, are carried out in a sequential way that does not favour flexibility, reactivity and innovation. This is why, through this paper, we will propose to the purchasing department of Roche Diabetescare France to set up for complex request for proposal a methodology called Lean agile procurement, based on iterations and collaboration between amultidisciplinary team and suppliers. A change in working methods nevertheless implies a progressive and agile management of change both internally and externally, which will have to be applied in a participative manner.
