Mise au point d'un criblage de substances actives in vitro contre Gnomoniopsis castanea, agent responsable de la pourriture des châtaignes

Abstract : Gnomoniopsis castanea is recently found as a causing agent of chestnut rot. In France, we observe an important fall in yield without any control method considered effective. In this context, the project ANTIGONE was born. Its objective is to better understand this fungus, and identifying control solutions to reduce the damage in orchards by 50%.This work as the aim of elaborating a screening method in vitro and realizing a first test screen. Development of the protocol up to the analysis of the results is presented here.
