La mutualisation des boucles énergétiques de chauffage au sein des projets d’aménagement de faible ampleur

Abstract : The study of heating networks alowed to highlight their interest and viability in small-scale projects. The viability of heating networks has been verified by their positive contribution in improving energy performance and their ability to participate in the pooling of networks. The comparison of the different energy sources and the various distribution systems proves that the heating networks participate in increasing the energy sobriety of the project thanks to the distribution of renewable and recovered energy. The interest of a heating network in smallscales projects is also proven by the pooling of a heating system. The use of local positive energy and checking the criteria for the viability of district heating is essential to guarantee the positive energy supply of the heating networks in small-scales projects.
