Quelle proposition de programme de prévention primaire peut limiter les blessures chez le triple sauteur ?

Abstract : Triple jump is a traumatic discipline which predisposes athletes to hamstring strains, groin pain and tendinopathies. Sports use prevention to reduce injuries incidence. However, there are none injury program in track and field. Methods : A review of the literature was made to identify existing prevention programs for frequent injuries in triple jump. Results : 6 randomised controlled trial were analysed including 3 studies on hamstring strains, 2 studies on groin injuries and 1 study on tendinopathies. Each article examines the effect of the program on the incidence of the injury concerned Discussion-Conclusion : Nordic Hamstring Exercise (NHE) et Copenhagen Adduction Exercise (CA) have been shown to be effective in improving the physical condition of athletes and reducing the incidence of hamstring strains and groin injuries. Regarding tendinopathies, no conclusive results have been put forward. NHE and CA can be proposed in prevention to triple jumpers.
