Stimuler son système immunitaire : approche nutritionnelle et complémentaire

Abstract : Our immune system contributes to stay good health by its good functioning. It protects us durably throughout our life, it is essential to ensure its balance and the knowledge of the main factors which the module is necessary. One of them, whose role is crucial, is our intestinal ecosystem. The microbiota that compose it contains about 10¹⁴ bacteria which are essential, from birth to adulthood, for digestion, defense, immunity and tolerance. Understanding the missions of the microbiota can provide new targets for prevention and therapy. In fact, there is a significant correlation between the state of the microbiota and the body's immune response. An imbalance in this microbial flora, more and more important in recent centuries due to changes in lifestyle and diet, has weakened our immune system. It is true that our lifestyle guarantees our immunity, so a healthy diet is to be valued and advised. Using national programs, the pharmacist must relay information to his patients in terms of food education, and can provide micronutrition supplementation for individualized supported. Additional advice in natural medicine, such as herbal medicine, aromatherapy and apitherapy, can be complementary tools to strengthen your immune system and stay healthy.
