Analyse de l’exercice coordonné au sein d’un réseau de prise en charge des troubles du neurodéveloppement par les médecins généralistes d’Isère

Abstract : Situation: Due to their prevalence and their impact on the different fields of childhood, Neurodevelopmental Disorders are a public health issue. Being in the front line of the medical care, the general practitioner (GP) encounters difficulties dealing with them. In Isere, Anais network gives an organisational and financial support to work as a multidisciplinary coordinated team. Few similar networks exist and none of them have ever been studied. Goal: To assess the impact of the coordinated work within the network on the GP's practice. Methodology: Qualifying study through ten individual semi structured interviews among Anais' GP, carried out by two junior practitioners in general practice. Results: Anais gives to GP elements to undertake the organisation and coordination of the medical care, still not all of them use it the same way. The network is perceived both as a diagnosis and expertise support platform and as a logistical help, each time in the perspective of a consistent and reassuring care for the family. Through the network, some acquire abilities and experience giving them expertise and self sufficiency. Beyond that, social inequalities in health seem to be an additional difficulty. Conclusion: Anais network meets some of the Neurodevelopmental Disorders issues, while some others are pointed out. The Coordination and Direction Plateform of the last Autism Program could at the same time develop the actual network and be an additional answer.
