Prévention et prise en charge, au comptoir, du premier épisode psychotique chez le jeune adulte

Abstract : The first psychotic episode is a disease that affects nearly 3% of the population. Patients follow a course of care in which many healthcare players work in parallel: psychiatrists, psychologists, early intervention teams, case managers and pharmacists. I am a pharmacist in a dispensary and wish, through this thesis, to take stock of the role of the pharmacist during the care process of the patient suffering from a first psychotic episode. Define the main stages of prevention and management of the patient and imagine the areas for improvement that could be made at the counter in order to facilitate the work of pharmacy staff and improve the daily lives of patients and their families.
