Abstract : Introduction: Haemophilia is one of the haemorrhagic diseases linked to a genetic factor VIII or factor IX deficiency. Pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum are periods at risk of bleeding for women haemophilia carriers (HC). Objective: Make an inventory of obstetric care of HC at Caen University Hospital. Materials & methods: retrospective monocentric study on 29 patients with haemophilia A or B at Caen University Hospital from 2003 to 2019. Results: there was a significant difference in obstetric care according to fetal sex and compared to the Nantes University Hospital. There was no significant difference in obstetrical care according to the severity of conduction within the CHU de Caen. Discussion and conclusion: The publication of the national treatment protocol seems to be an essential tool for standardizing obstetrical care of these women, particularly in per-partum.
