Évaluation de la consommation d'alcool avant et pendant la grossesse de 100 femmes accouchées au CHU de Caen

Abstract : The purpose of our study was to evaluate the alcoholisation behaviours of women, before and during pregnancy, by the mean of the Declared Alcohol Consuption (CDA). We did a descriptive prospective monocentric study with a 100 patients who gave birth in Caen's CHU. We notice that most women reduce their alcohol consumption during pregnancy. Those still drinking alcohol all reduce the quantity taken. Moreover, most of the patients of our study declare knowing the latest recommandations regarding alcohol consumption and pregnancy, but without impacting their pregnant alcohol consumption.
