Inégalité de genre face à la santé au travail. Le rôle des ressources humaines

Abstract : Gender inequalities in occupational health are a proven fact, and demonstrated by several studies, including the NAALC study. The following paper’s objective is to observe the impact that the human resources function can have in reducing these inequalities. Many studies have already been conducted on the subject. But the approach remains very theoretical, and application in the field is marginal. Areas for improving working conditions have been proposed, but too few companies have yet taken steps to implement them. However, human resources play a key role in the well-being and health of employees within a company. The management of human resources can have an impact on both the mental and physical health of employees. And it is becoming increasingly important for companies to take action to reduce these inequalities.
