Étude de la réaction inflammatoire hypothalamique à l'échelle postprandiale chez la souris

Abstract : Overfeeding leads to activation of the inflammasome and consequently to systemic secretion of interleukin-1β (IL-1β). The physiological role of this pro-inflammatory signaling pathway is still poorly understood. The main objective of this study was to provide novel molecular and cellular bases for defining the physiological value of the cerebral inflammatory response at the postprandial scale.
