Professionnels de la périnatalité : besoins en formations sur le deuil périnatal : étude prospective semi-quantitative multicentrique descriptive transversale réalisée à l’aide d’un questionnaire au sein de la région PACA.

Abstract : Aims: Identify any difficulties encountered by perinatal professionals in the management of perinatal grief, any initial training needs, any continuing training needs and others needs than training needs.
Methods: Prospective semi-quantitative multicentric cross-sectional study carried out using a questionnaire, from July 20, 2019 to January 16, 2020 throughout the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (PACA) region, within the various health establishment. 480 professionals were included.
Results : 97,5% of professionals have already faced a situation of perinatal grief. Among them, 63,8% “often” feel difficulties in dealing with such a situation. 37,9% of professionals feel the need to follow continuous training and 79,6% think that there would be a real benefit to taking additional training. The most requested training courses are as follows: “speaking time”, 73,4%, “association speeches”, 57,6%, “theoretical training”, 43,5% or even “role play”, 31%.
