Mise en place d'un outil sous FME permettant la génération automatique des États Descriptifs de Division et des certificats de surface correspondants

Abstract : Writing condominium documents consists of producing the descriptive state of division, the condominium regulation and Carrez surface certificates. This process involves repetitive tasks and a risk of error in transcribing information from condominium plans. The automation of this process reduces the time spent on establishing condominium, reduce the risk of error and leave the editor the possibility of focus on questions of expertise. The implemented tool generates the descriptive state of division and Carrez surface certificates from the plans of the condominium in DWG format. It interprets all the elements of the drawing and calculates automatically the condominium fees, general charges and any special charges. With this tool, it is possible to carry out a condominium in one or two hours and thus save up to 80% of the time required for establishing a condominium.
