Le domaine public et sa gestion : quels impacts sur sa délimitation ?

Abstract : Following the introduction in 2014 of the procedure for delimiting the property of public entities by the Order of Experts-Surveyors, the delimitation of the public domain is now more easily implemented. However, surveyors face other problems caused by the management mechanisms (transfers of management, property, etc.) offered to public authorities, which reduce the effectiveness of this delimitation procedure. It is therefore interesting to study these problems in order to reflect on solutions suitable for both expert-surveyors and public persons. For this purpose, the point of view of the expert surveyors as well as that of the public authorities should be studied through interviews with the authorities and through the study of concrete cases of demarcation.
