Classe en ligne : conception et utilisation des jeux pour l'apprentissage du FLE

Abstract : Online teaching became the new normal during the year 2020-2021, not without any difficulties. Teachers and students had to embrace a new way of teaching and learning. Adding serious games, also called gamification, can be a solution to make the online class more dynamic and interactive. However, it is not a miraculous solution. The purpose of this essay is to introduce theoretical notions about gamification and game design and apply them to the context of online teaching with children. The games that were created or used during the internship will be described and analysed based on the theory in order to suggest solutions to teachers for them to add games in their virtual class.
