Surdité, espace et troubles associés : la surdité impacte-t-elle la structuration spatiale ? Quels liens peut-on faire avec l’expression des troubles associés ?

Abstract : Space is an individual construction, she is based on our perception, our environment, and our biological heritage. Hearing, contributes either in spacial structuring. Therefore, without or with this sens attenuated, this structuration can be modified. Deaf children, can meet some difficulties with spatial representation. They can grasp their environment with some adaptive strategies, wich can hinder their relationship with the living environment. Some deaf children, might be the bearer of associated disorders: behavioral disorders, ADHD, autism, psychosis. When deafness does affect spatial representation, the disorders destroy the auditory supplementation. Moreover, deafness and the impossibility to build space, may specify the expression of disorder.
