Portage thérapeutique en psychomotricité : la voix comme soutien à la création des liens. Clinique psychomotrice d'un accompagnement mère-bébé au sein d'un hôpital de jour en psychiatrie périnatale

Abstract : Mrs P and her daughter Lila, who is a few months old, are accommodated in a day hospital of a perinatal psychiatry network. The care team, supervised by the institution, offers formal and informal joint care times that secure and contain mothers suffering from psychological disorders and their babies. In psychomotricity, we propose a "therapeutic carrying" which guides and supports the dyads, in particular by providing physical and psychic support, through the gaze, the posture and especially through the voice. Indeed, the sound bath in which the baby is immersed from the in-utero period makes him particularly sensitive to phonic sensory flows. Thus, the voice gives clues to the quality of mother-baby interactions and has enveloping properties, which can also be observed through prenatal singing sessions. In this paper, carrying is studied from a psychomotor point of view, taking into account its benefits and limitations.
