Valeur prédictive du score ASIA sur la récupération fonctionnelle chez les blessés médullaires

Abstract : In France, the incidence of spinal cord injuries is 1,200 new cases per year with a prevalence of around 50,000 people. Spinal cord injuries cause many alterations, restrictions of activity and participation. Their impact on the patient is detrimental to their daily life and their social life. One of the first concerns for patients after a spinal cord injury is whether they will be able to recover their previous condition. There are many specific or non-specific scales and scores to assess spinal cord injuries or even to predict their neurological or functional recovery.
