Animer une formation à court-terme de préparation aux Diplômes de Français Professionnel (DFP) : conception d’outils d’entraînement aux épreuves

Abstract : This study focuses on four courses I taught within the Alliance Française of Padua. They aimed to prepare the learners for the Diploma in Professional French (DFP) in Business, Diplomacy and Tourism. During these very short courses, a request came from the learners on a regular basis: they wanted to train on more examination questions than the ones offered by the Paris-Île-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry. I created those examination questions, adopting the rigorous methodology I described in this study. Then, I recorded learners' feedback through a custom questionnaire. I also filmed myself and the learners during mock oral examinations. Thus, I analysed the adequacy of my examination questions and my attitude as an examiner using these. Results are conclusive: the success rate at the Diploma is very high and learners' feedbacks are positive. The remarks I received from CCIP members were positive too and assure me of the quality of the examination questions I designed.
